To Improve the Quality

The slow speed mode really doesn't help much because it is still far to fast. I need to be able to reduce the speed by 50%, not just 10% or 20%. I want be get accustomed to hearing Spanish where I can distinguish words and then speed up the speech. Help!

Preferred solution: Please fix the program so there is a much slower slow audio mode.

User's recommendation: The slow sound mode is still far too fast. I need a means to slow the speech much more to help me get accustomed to listening to Spanish.

Problem with learning

Reactivate spanish course

I am trying to reactivate the Spanish course I purchased some years ago but keep getting directed to contact Fluenz. wonder if problem is email ID and or Password. Don't remember old password or ID. I have changed from a Suddenlink email address to a hotmail email address. Did not get to complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances but am eager to get back to it. Unable to access my languages on fluenz - password difficulties

Hi, I upgraded my French program. I am currently in upgrade 2 session 4. I almost fell over laughing when I saw Garçon! To call a waiter. Oh my goodness! I was like What?!? That's a huge no no in France .You are supposed to say Monsieur.

Difficulty understanding recitation of woman

Dear Sir or Madam, I am presently in a section where your female reader is presenting sentences to be written out by me, the French student. She recites way too fast for the learner to sort out the words.

This is a serious flaw for those of us trying to write out what is being said. For the time being I must do my best but I am constantly frustrated. Many thanks for hearing my complaint. Is there a way I can slow down the recitation on my computer?

I am not a major computer expert. Kindly do your best to assist your customers to learn French under the described circumstances.

I bought a product some time ago and realized my college program had dropped that language course, so I asked years later if I could swap it for another language and they happily obliged. To my knowledge, there is no better computer-based language learning software. The content is expansive (some courses go up to level 5) and the customer support is one of the greatest I've ever encountered. Most people write reviews after they have a bad experience with a product. I'm one of those people and I very rarely write a good review for anything I buy. However, this company's software and customer service is outstanding and I strongly recommend that you consider purchasing it if you're seriously considering learning a language.
